Communications facilitator
We act as a liaison between the real estate agent, clients, lenders, escrow/title, and other parties involved in the transaction,
ensuring that everyone is on the same page & that information is communicated effectively.
Copy agent on all correspondence
Regular timeline updates during business hours. An email list of open & completed action items are part of our process.
Kick-off Contract to Close process or listing process within 24 hours (excluding major holidays).
Available 8-5 Mon-Fri. Evening & weekends for urgent requests.
Text & Email correspondence in accordance with client preference.
Transaction Management
We manage the entire transaction process, Contract to close. We stay one step ahead by anticipating questions, problem-solving, sending reminders of important deadlines, county document retrieval, obtaining signatures, electronic document filing, & finally, ensuring all items are approved for the CDA.
Client Onboarding
We will create a customized template, including the agent’s preferred list of vendors, preferred timelines, & logos (if applicable).

them informed of progress.

Data Security & Confidentiality
Appropriate data security measures have been implemented to protect the confidentiality and integrity of all transaction-related information via VPN encryption. We never share sensitive information without explicit permission from our clients. Our NDA clearly defines, your client list and any personal information remains exclusively within our professional relationship.
Timelines
All transaction-related tasks are promptly executed, according to the established schedule between Free Flow TC & the client. Our custom-designed back-end system to ensure precision, and to safeguard against any oversight of crucial dates and documents.

Central Oregon is our home and community. Our commitment is to conduct all tasks with unwavering professionalism while adhering to the highest ethical & moral standards.
Payment
We can send an invoice to the escrow company for our service to be paid directly through the close of escrow. Otherwise, payment is required within 15 days of the transaction's completion via check, ACH, Zelle. A Late fee will be charged for overdue accounts.
