Hi there! I'm Nancy Nel, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to Free Flow Transactions, my little hub of organized chaos! So, how did I stumble into the world of Transaction Coordinating, you ask? Well, it all started with a favor for a local real estate agent in the heart of Central Oregon. I began by lending a hand in managing her transactions on the side.

What can I say? I fell in love with the hustle and bustle of it all—streamlining systems, juggling paperwork, orchestrating emails, and fine-tuning schedules, all so she could focus her energy on her clients. As her business blossomed, it dawned on me: I could be the behind-the-scenes hero for agents everywhere, freeing them from the mundane tasks and letting them shine where it matters most—helping buyers secure their dream homes and sellers achieve their selling goals.

My journey to this point has given me many tools in my toolbelt — A diverse 30-year adventure that's seen me wear many hats, including owning businesses, managing a $7 million weekly publication, steering a national vehicle donation company, providing national sales support for a wine marketing team, to donning the hat of VP of Operations for a background screening firm where contracts & confidentiality reign supreme.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my passion for precision, professionalism, and the nitty-gritty world of contract management. Whether drafting meticulous correspondence or ensuring every 'i' is dotted and every 't' is crossed, my focus is always on accuracy and compliance.

Above all, my mission is serving agents like you and freeing up your time to achieve your goals, whether that involves racking up more sales or striking that elusive work-life balance with friends & family.
